The Problem We Solve
In Sweden, delegating authority to act on someone's behalf in business contexts — signing contracts, accessing financial accounts, representing in HR matters — typically requires paper-based power of attorney documents.
These documents are slow to produce, difficult to verify, frequently lost, and prone to fraud. A bank employee has no reliable way to confirm that the person standing in front of them is actually authorised to act.
Minion replaces paper entirely. Every delegation is created digitally, signed by both parties using Swedish BankID, archived for 7 years per Swedish law, and verifiable in real time by any third party.
